These terms apply to all contracts concluded through the website yourhorseportrait.com between PferdeWert GbR and its customers.

We create digital horse portraits. You upload a photo of your horse and receive a professionally edited portrait in the style you choose. Before you buy, you see a preview with a watermark. After payment, the portrait is provided without watermark as a digital download. We do not print or ship physical products.

The contract is concluded when you click "Pay" in the Stripe checkout. Once payment is complete, the portrait is unlocked immediately and the download link is also sent to you by email. The download link stays active for 30 days.

Prices are shown in your local currency (US dollars, British pounds or euros) and are final prices. No VAT is charged under the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG). Payment is processed by Stripe. Your bank may charge its own fees for foreign transactions.

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days and get your money back. Details are in our refund policy.

You may use the portraits you buy for personal, non-commercial purposes, for example to print, frame, give as a gift or share on social media. Reselling them or using them commercially requires our prior written permission. You confirm that you have the right to use the photo you upload.

After your purchase you can choose to let us show your portrait in our website gallery and on our social media channels. This is voluntary and not required for your purchase or download. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing hello@yourhorseportrait.com; we will then remove the portrait promptly.

The portraits are created by automated image processing. We cannot guarantee a particular result or suitability for a specific purpose. If a portrait does not match your horse (for example the wrong coat color or markings), please contact us and we will find a solution.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a problem, please just email us — we will find a solution.
