Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can cancel it within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving any reason, and you will get your money back. This applies to every customer, wherever you live. For consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, this is also your statutory right of withdrawal.

Please include the email address you used for the purchase. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the 14 days are over.

We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
