Questions about pricing
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You upload your photo and see your portrait with a watermark first. You only pay if you want the full-resolution file without the watermark.
Which currency will I pay in?
You pay in your local currency: US dollars, British pounds or euros. No VAT is added on top.
Can I get a printed portrait?
We deliver a high-resolution digital file, so you can print it wherever you like – at a photo lab, a print shop or online – in the size you want. We don't print or ship ourselves.
What if I am not happy?
You can cancel within 14 days and get your money back. Just email us.
